Terms of Service

With gives a group a shared room to plan a trip, with an AI host that suggests stays, plans, checklists and useful links. With plans only. It never books, buys or pays for anything on your behalf.

Links in the room open other websites, such as Booking.com, Google Maps or Google Flights. Anything you book there is between you and that website, under its terms.

The AI host is an automated assistant. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Always check important facts yourself before you rely on them, especially:

• visa, passport and entry rules, with the official government sources;
• travel insurance cover, with the policy wording and the insurer;
• health, vaccine and safety advice, with a doctor or official health sources;
• prices, opening hours and availability, with the provider.

With is not a travel agent, insurer, lawyer or doctor, and nothing in a room is professional advice.

Anyone with a room's invite link can join it, up to the room's member limit, and see what is in it. Share the link only with people you want there.

You keep ownership of what you write. You let us store it, show it to the room and send it to our AI provider so the host can answer. See the Privacy Policy.

Don't use With to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• post content that is hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• get around rate limits, credit limits or security, scan for other people's rooms, or overload the service;
• use the AI host for anything unrelated to planning travel at a scale meant to drain the service.

We may remove content, limit a room or block access when these rules are broken.

Each account's first 3 rooms start with 10 free AI credits; later rooms start empty. One reply from the host, or one “Suggest two plans”, uses one credit. A reply that fails gives its credit back.

Each account can create 3 rooms, which keeps the AI bill small. Joining someone else's room does not count towards your limit. If you need more, email support@plans-with.com.

Credits belong to the room, not to a person, and anyone in the room can use them. Credits have no cash value and can't be moved to another room or exchanged for money.

With is free to use. There is a tip link (on Ko-fi) for anyone who wants to help pay the AI bill. A tip is a voluntary gift, not a payment for a service: it doesn't buy credits, rooms or any promise about the service, and Ko-fi handles it under its own terms.

The host and its cards link to other sites, such as Booking.com and GetYourGuide. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you book through them, With may earn a commission from the seller at no extra cost to you. It never changes which options we suggest or what you pay. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms, and any booking is between you and them.

To create or join a room you sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for that account. Your rooms are tied to it, so you can find them again on any device. People who were already inside a room before sign-in became required keep their access on that device.

We work to keep With running, but it is provided “as is” and may be unavailable, change, or lose features. The AI host may pause if our AI provider is down or a spending limit is reached. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.

To the extent the law allows, With is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on AI answers, missed bookings, travel disruption or third-party websites. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@plans-with.com.
